Stopped working

Had the app for a week, spent in-app purchases, then stopped working. Not the best app I have installed.

Great app! Love it! Very minor snags

Fantastic oracle card app with some great decks of cards to choose from at a great price...but just very minor issues with a couple of images of the cards not showing so just blank until it rotated to the reverse side with the reading on. I emailed and received a reply that this would be rectified but nothing has happened. This was weeks before any world health concerns. Saying that, it’s very minor snagging and highly recommend this app!!

Add in an option to scan in current packs

I would like to recommend the option of scanning in physical packs that you have already bought so that you can redeem them on there and you do not have to buy the electronic version ( since you already have them in real life ) . It would be great if you could ( for example ) scan the barcode of a pack that you have ( for example the heal yourself pack) and access it any time on your phone so you have a physical and digital version too. I hope you review this feedback .

What an absolute disappointment

This app is basically just an online marketplace for more decks. instead of being user-friendly and interactive. It’s just another store.

I don’t get it 🤨🙁

I purchased Spirit Junkie deck from Amazon. Download the app thinking there’s someway to connect it or just use it with a monthly subscription? Nope! Buyer beware. I L💗VE Spirit Junkie and want to purchase more card decks but this app won’t work for me because I pay for Amazon Prime and anything that can be shipped through them is my first choice.

DO NIT BUY

Do not buy these they dont work properly. Their customer service won’t do anything to fix the issues I bought several decks and none of them will now work, but it’s too late to get my money back so all I can do is warn other people do not purchase these because they will not help you and you will be out the money

Do not download!

As others have said, I got a note with my deck to download the app so I did thinking I could use the book on my app (it is hard for me to read the physical book). Nope! You have to make a purchase of the digital deck. Why would I do that when I have the paper one? What a shame. In the age when everyone is using QR codes for specific links, these developers are WAY behind. There’s a lost opportunity for users of these decks as it could give us pre order options, etc.

Very limited use and hard to navigate

The app design is hard to use, not intuitive. Ironic for an oracle cards app Also ppl that bought the hard copy should be able to get the deck in the app for free… The printed version is expensive enough already as it is… Deleting this app…

Bought decks that never delivered

Terrible customer interface- I purchased 3 decks and was charged for them, but they never showed up, even after reinstalling. Super disappointing, because I love their physical decks

Don’t bother

The images don’t load, so what’s the point?
