I am a massage therapist so these exercises have been great for me to open up and maintain ROM in my neck and shoulders. It’s also excellent to share ROM coach with my clients. They’ve found it really helpful as well. Thanks for creating such a useful app!
I feel like Eric really wants to help the world move better and without pain. I quit PT to take his shoulder rehabilitation course. Dr. B is incredible too.
I really need this app for my exercises.
I ran across Coach E on YouTube and found his videos very informative and made a lot of sense to me. His approach includes the reason(s) why an area is sore or tight. With ROM Coach, I now have a daily and weekly program that I follow. I’m all in. Great coaching!
Wondering if there is a routine for those with compression fractures.
Use it every day. Lots of variety so I never get bored. Great instructions and demos.
I want to learn to find, access my regularly used programs. Is there a tutorial or guide on this process?
I found Coach E on YouTube when I was searching for neck and shoulder pain relief. I really like the style of his videos and decided to download his app. I’ve been doing the daily tuneups for 4 days now and I’m loving them! I also started one of the posture routines and am already feeling relief in my neck and shoulders. I feel more relief from these exercises than I do from yoga class (and it takes a lot less time). Thank you Coach E!
I came upon ROM coach when I was looking for some hip exercises on YouTube. I am so glad I subscribed. I’ve been doing the exercises probably since March and I just had a recent DEXA scan. My age is 68, pretty active taking care of the acre of land that my house sits on, trimming trees, cutting grass, taking care of flower gardens. Well, my DEXA scan has improved back to normal. I did have osteopenia. My chiropractor diagnosed me with IT band syndrome several years ago and my hips would ache especially after doing yardwork and pushing a lawnmower. I was taking a prescription medication every three days to help do my daily activities. I also have a little arthritis in my left knee which would kind of lock up and hurt once in a while, especially going downstairs in the morning. The knee pain is gone, the hip aching I had and tightness is much better. I did have an injury last year which ortho diagnosed as a pelvic ligament strain and I went through three months of physical therapy for that. I would wake up every morning with this low back tightness around my tailbone. It usually took an hour of walking around to go away. Now that discomfort is pretty much gone and I attribute it all to ROM coach and Dr. E and all the exercises that I’ve done. The best part of it is you get a daily quick three exercises which kind of warms you up you don’t have to do your other routine at that same time. I give myself the weekend off and I just do the ROM daily movement routine on the weekend and I don’t do any other exercises. Last winter I didn’t feel balanced or strong enough to downhill ski, but that has changed and I am going to ski again this coming winter season. Thank you Dr. E for getting me back on track.
