I’ve been doing Precision YouTube videos since 2021 . I have arthritis in my hip and love to hike there for strengthening and range of motion exercises are absolutely necessary . I appreciate the demonstrations and the precise and calm instructions . Happy to find the app to keep myself on track .

Not for beginners

After doing assessment and achieving a low score (as expected) the first recommended routine out of the gate will cause injury and is impossible to achieve, with no suggested modifications for beginners to build on to work towards the successfully achieving the end goal of the very advanced movements. Looks to be excellent for active athletes but impossible for a beginner to get started. For some reason these “professionals” expect all their clients to be athletes from the outset.

This app is great, however most of the core based exercises are too hard for me. I wish there were modifications for those of us rebuilding our core after pregnancy.

Exactly what I have been looking for

54 year old here, and I am definitely feeling the wear and tear on my joints and muscles. This is exactly the kind of at home training that I have been searching for. Proper technique, clear instructions and something for every body part and movement pattern. I used to be fearful of losing function and mobility as I age. I have been terrified of developing chronic pain, but with discipline and daily practice I have hope that I can stave off my decline. Thank you so much - I am relying on ROM and Coach E to keep me fit and active in the decades to come!

I was a physiotherapist for 20 years. I was reluctant to get her from this app which was recommended to me and resisted at first. Now that I ‘be been using the app for a while, I can say it’s the best thing I have done!!! He is the best instructor I’ve seen in the past 30 years. I strongly recommend this app. And I’ve never met the guy, FYI.

I tried rehab, anti inflammatories, rest and weight training. But due to the physical nature of my work my shoulder kept hurting and making clicking noise. Only one week of using the program my shoulders rarely hurt or click now. Thanks
