The stores never accept the order through the app

What an utterly rubbish app. Firstly I cannot find my store, secondly when trying to register a profile it says a profile already exists and when trying to log in or clicking on forget password it says no such profile exists. I sincerely hope that you did not pay whoever developed this “app” (although it cannot really be classified as such) for you.

It’s become the norm to use apps to order. But this app is very poorly designed and keeps on crashing at the time of payment. It really needs a lot of improvement.

Can’t order food. It literally states that user don’t exist on both my email and cellphone number. Then I register using the same method. And get a message. User exist. Please get a refund from the website developer and fire him/ her no idea what they are doing and you lose many clients to Debonairs or Uber eats because that’s the other options we use and then we don’t order from romans because the pizzas is R20 more expensive on Uber eats.

I have never been so frustrated with any food ordering app as with the Roman’s Pizza app!! You can’t choose the amount of an item and when you repeat the item, the previous one is cancelled..😡 At the end of an order of 10 items, it just jumps to 2 items and you have to start all over again! That’s exactly when I open up my other pizza ordering app and order from someone else!!!

The app itself is subpar at best, but the main issue is that I placed my order and an hour later decided to call the branch to check in as I received no updates. The branch didn’t even know about the order even though I paid in full (including a delivery fee). What purpose does an app serve if there’s no follow through with the branch? If I didn’t personally call then I’d never have received my order and they’d have my money - borderline theft. Now I’m sitting waiting nearly two hours to receive my order. At this point I’ve just about lost my appetite.

Couldn't pay with a card…various cards…went to Mimmos rather….anyway wont go back not that desperate to upset my Friday evening…🤔

Can’t complain about the app. Works well and is updated regularly. My only issue is that I can’t update, change or edit the bank cards for payment.

Useless app. Might as well call and order. Couldn’t even get past registration!
