Root Board Game

This is a very great game. You need some time to get into it, but it’s very fun once you understand how the game works.

When you open the app, music playback is stopped, even if the app is fully muted. Not a good experience.

Played the tutorials for each faction 3 times, cant understand a thing. Bad game and bad mechanics.

When I come back to a game it tells me that I’ve been resigned. Do you have to manually save the game everytime to switch the app? If so, tell the player this. If not, then there’s a really annoying bug here. Will change my review if they fix it.

Functions well, at least in solo mode

A bit buggy at first but this was fixed during updates. Great game and great implementation. Looking forward to expansions!

Me an my friend have played five or six games so far and only been able to finish one. All the others crashed. This ought not have been released in this state.

So buggy, we have not been able to finish ONE singel game

I tried mirroring to my Apple TV and now The sound on the game only works when I connect AirPods. I’ve deleted the game, restarted my phone and nothing works. Can only be played with headphones now. Never had a chance to even start my first game. 0/5 do not recommend. Edit: The sound issue is caused by the iPhone being on silent mode. This is not a bug with the developer, but rather a feature, according to Apple’s technical literature regarding silent mode on the iPhone 14 Plus. I have changed my rating to a 5, because the app is actually amazing after resolving the sound issue. If you are experiencing no sound on while using this application on iOS, be sure to check that your sound is not on silent.

A nice implementation; works great on mobile; cross platform seems to work seamlessly.
