This is one of the most annoying and stupid app ever, i was allowed to send crypto into the account but cannot collect my money back.... dont use this app its the worst. I have my money stuck there till now. If only i can rate them -star

I could have given 5 stars but for over 3 weeks now I have trying to verify my BVN, I eventually get stuck in the browser after all the facial recognition I tried the support team on the app still no reply for over an hour it sucks and annoying

I deposited trx to my Roqqu wallet I have not received it……they should just ban Roqqu from Nigeria Abeg this their issue is becoming too much
