The pin does not work when you want to withdraw your crypto or cash. Absolutely ridiculous.

The app is just blank upon opening the app on my iPhone, I have the updated version and is not opening pls do something about pls drop your web link

Pls beware of this app. It puts an email that is not yours and it can’t be deleted. I use an iphone. There might be there are other devices that u can use that you won’t come across this.

This app is ridiculously bad. There is a security pin you create on the app. Apparently that pin worked to deposit and buy crypto but all of a sudden is pin is incorrect when you want to send crypto or withdraw thru other means at this point it’s too late your money is already stuck. THIEVES DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I could have given 5 stars but for over 3 weeks now I have trying to verify my BVN, I eventually get stuck in the browser after all the facial recognition I tried the support team on the app still no reply for over an hour it sucks and annoying

I deposited trx to my Roqqu wallet I have not received it……they should just ban Roqqu from Nigeria Abeg this their issue is becoming too much
