L’application fonctionne, mais les recherches et le passage entre les multiples fonctionnalités ne sont vraiment pas user friendly. On perd vite ce qu’on vient de chercher. Au prix des appareils, on peut s’attendre à de sérieuses améliorations.

Many parts of the app are not ready to be published. Why, for example, can I hide apps on the streamer RS 520 itself, but they appear in the app and I can't hide them separately? Strange views were programmed into Tidal and I can't even access my own playlists in this App. Please update to Tidal Connect! In addition, the views and controls on the streamer display are totally illogical and in certain situations you get stuck. Why aren't there arrow keys in the app, like on the remote control? Then you could probably go from the clock view back to the song view... In summary, an exciting product (HIFI ROSE RS 520) that breaks new ground, but is not yet fully programmed yet.

Everything about this expensive unit has been terrible. I’m so disappointed.

Without mobile control over the HIFI rose device it’s worthless And this app is worthless If I wasn’t running my tv through passive speakers via the HIFI rose I would take out a sledgehammer and smash it to bits ( tell us how you really feel)

Please give us the option for tidal connect. Love my rose but really don’t like the app. We spent a lot of money on these devices, give us the options we need to be happy.

Seriously worst device and app integration ever.

Having these new issues with a slow app, and automatically being logged out of quboz. Very annoying.

The RS150B is a real work of art, and it works extremely well. If this had the same app as the Eversolo DMP-A6 it would justify the fairly high price tag. Instead, the app is total garbage. It’s in broken English, which at this point is unforgivable. Apple Music is mostly in Korean language in any playlist, and it seems to default to Korean music no matter what the settings are when looking for new music. Tidal isn’t as bad, but it’s not great. Any music you add when discovering has to go to a Rose playlist, so you can’t add to or edit existing playlists. So, it’s good if you are using it as a Roon endpoint, but there are a lot of other options that have a better value prop for that. Apple Music is only truly usable via Airplay, which again, there are a LOT of other options. My guess is that they locked themselves into an OLD heavily customized version of Android and are unable to fix the situation.

I feel like the only things the HiFi Rose products have going for them are looks. Their app is mediocre! Not enough time/effort/dedication put into this app.. which is ridiculous considering I paid 5 grand on one of their products. Needless to say this is the first and last product I’m buying from them. DO US ALL A FAVOR AND HIRE SOMEONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO WORK ON THE USER INTERFACE!!!

The app crashes constantly on my iPhone 14 pro IOS 16.4. My dealer does not have an answer and Apple care was no help. The Rose 250a audio is wonderful when it worked. But if the software problem is not corrected fast I am taking it back.
