I’m still waiting on a package that I ordered over a month ago!!! Never ordering from them again!!!!

I did enjoy shopping on the app, but once they wanted to accept all of their privacy intrusions with no choice to opt out, I deleted the app. Just really rubbed me the wrong way and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Hope they enjoy losing customers.

Why is it so hard to find your orders on this site? And then when it tells you it shipped you can't never get the tracking number to come up. There's a reason I have an order from y'all in several years, but I thought I would try it again. And again nothings changed.

i am over this. i have always been a fan til now they wont respond. their website/apps say 1 business day.

I love the clothes but when their is a problem with the order you can't get any help! Their website will not let me change my address after I moved! I had changed it but it reverses back to my old address. I ordered over $100 in clothes and they sent them to my old address! I have been trying to get a hold of them with in minutes of placing the order but they don't have any way to get a hold of them! I have sent emails but only to have it not received!

I spent so much money with this company and ended up getting a refund on one purchase. Everything was great until I went back to order more clothes and my credit was gone.

I have ordered many times and have been satisfied with everything. The size is perfect and so is the quality!!

I used to love this app been using it for long time and now they have there support system set up where you can speak to anyone or even text anyone you just go round and round and I’m getting off the marygo round and if I ever get my package that I ordered 2 weeks separate order shipping together but they still charge me for 2 packages I’m deleting the app as soon as it comes

This is one of my favorite places to shop for gothic clothing and accessories. I love all of the different styles of not only tops but dresses and pants as well.
