RosterBuster Airline Crew App

My credit card details were declined multiple times. Had to use eWallet to subscribe for the premium services. That’s not so user friendly.

Pls do something as the latest iOS 17 is unable to sync those roster neither Apple calendar nor google calendar.

There’s an issue recently regarding the Server Error for the past week now and yet there were no news informing us that there was any issue. I tried reaching out to them through the app and through email however both haven’t replied yet with the solution or regarding the situation at all. Other than that the app is great for you to keep track on your flights and everything else seems to be very accurate. Just a let down on the support team when it comes to troubleshooting and issues.

I’ve been using RB for quite a time and it does help me a lot on viewing my roster that sync with my calendar. But it seem for the past few week I’ve been unable to download my roster and there’s a prompter that saying server error. Been reaching to the dev team but seem the error still persist. Please have a look into it. I love using RB and being a premium user for it.

Why was the automatic roster download removed? My roster has to be uploaded manually by logging into my portal.

Having it for a while. An app that help you to check your roster and at the same time able to give you information about weather and notams. I m able to pack the right clothing for my flight too since temperature was given for the destination that I m going . You should give it a try !!!

Recently due to a change in my company’s AIMS, there seemed to be a glitch that made me unable to upload my roster to RosterBuster. I contacted support about my issue via email and they responded promptly and Mr. Jeoffrey helped me the best he could. He even suggested a workaround to the issue until my company fixes it. Thanks so much Jeoffrey for the huge help and I truly appreciate your kindness.

I tried again and again to login using the right username and password but it just wont enter. I emailed you guys few times and no replies have been received. I paid for this apps and it seems useless to me. 1 star for you

I used this app a few years ago but it was really bad. But now one more of my crew recommended to use it again. I'm giving it 5 stars for the improvement and the good support they've been providing. Fast replies and quick updates have made a pleasant surprise. Alot of things can be improved but definitely the best roster app out there now

The app is running really slow. The downloaded roster shows only one airports instead of many. Please fix it. I cannot even access the support page on the app. Thank you
