RosterBuster Airline Crew App

When something seems too good to be true, it usually is! This app is completely worthless for users who utilize NETLINE. Only error messages are received when attempting to download the roster. The support is even worse. I have now waited for more than THREE MONTHS for assistance in fixing the issue. Therefore, I have chosen to use the "OffBlock" app instead, which I can highly recommend!

Easy to read and understand by the interface design. I do find it cumbersome always in need to log in to the airline crew-portal for a new roster download, Then RB upload. It should be an easier way of updating the roster, simply by automatic synch. I will give it a go for one period. Crossing my fingers for added feature.

Roster Buster is that one app I tell all my airline friends to download. I started using the app about a year ago, and since then the amount of updates have been regular and noticeable to the better. The features that make this my top aviation app are: - Being able to see own roster in a pleasant and visual way with crew for the flight, check-in/-out, pick-up and layover included. - For layovers I can call the hotel directly through the app without having to find the hotels phone number myself. - Being able to see my friends rosters, which is very handy when wanting to arrange a rendezvous with airline friends. - Having the raw roster in its original PDF version easily accessible through the app for easy cross-check of accuracy. - See statistics over routes and hours flown with a visualization on a map. These are the main reasons, yet there are more functionalities as well. Finding errors on my roster on the app has not yet happened to me, thus it is very reliable. Five stars from a happy customer. I had some problems with the app and sent a email to support. Got a reply immediately and my problems was fixed in no time.

Will not export certain months and certain trips within the month to LogTen.. Lousy, user unfriendly…

Very helpful in abroad with time changes from Zulu to local country time. Very handy in the states as well. Makes everything easy and a lot of helpful tools within the app. ie: weather, aircraft number, KCM and more. Another really nice feature is that you can download the app on your Apple Watch for easy access to next flight. The only suggestion i would make is if the developers could allow the app features/fonts to be enlarged for those of us who wear readers. At any rate, I Love this app!

For over two months, I've been unable to update my schedule due to my airline's implementation of CAPTCHA. Despite reaching out to RosterBuster support multiple times about the recurring 404 forbidden error, all I received were assurances that they were working on it. It's perplexing that it's taking this long, especially considering both RosterBuster and FLICA are owned by CAE. In the end, I had to cancel my subscription, resulting in four months of paid lost access.

Run away. Do not get this app. Support is non existent for it. The app does work and support just stalls and stalls and never fixes the issues or offers Any help.

Had some issues but support reached out and is trying to resolve the issue, so I like that they keep me in the loop. Thank you to the support team.
