I cannot create an account. I’ve been trying since I first downloaded the app over 6 months ago. Each time I try it gives me an error “user deleted” regardless of whether I try inking through Google accounts or via any email. I tried sending feedback about the issue through the app’s feedback section and as soon I filled everything out and hit send it gave me another error “cannot submit feedback please try again in a bit”. There are no current updates available for the app and if I uninstall it’ll delete six months worth of data which I need. It is the entire reason I got this app in the first place so that’s very frustrating that I can’t save any of it and I can’t even send the feedback about it either. If you click on app support here through the App Store it’ll also give you and error that their site doesn’t even exist and their IP can’t be found. I think it’s time to bite the bullet and just start all over with another app. Their privacy practices aren’t disclosed on here as they should either so it’s all just feeling way too sketchy. What a waste.

I really like the app but I wish it had the ability to make notes on what each medication is used for. After a while I have forgotten what I am taking some of my meds for and have to check with all my VA doctors to find out. If you have a notes section for each medication that is prescribed then I would always know. Update 7/27/24: I’m still waiting for you to add the ability to add notes for each medication.

I really love this app. It’s easy to set up and navigate. It looks very sleek and clean & runs smooth. My only issue (and it’s not really an issue) but I hate that if you miss any medications during the day, the whole day gets an X. I have to take medicine in the morning & before bed. I wish if I missed one but took the other it would show a half circle instead of an X for the whole day.

You can still (sort of) use the app, but it hasn’t been updated by the developer in 6 years, so use at your own risk in terms of safety and privacy. App developer seems to have disappeared and you cannot submit feedback within the app and they have been non-responsive to reviews here in the App Store for years.

really nice and simple would give 5/5 but won’t let me sign up/sign in or give bug feedback. Feedback was “really want to sync round to apple health and register my email but i have gotten client errors every single time i tried”

Really helped me to take 2 different antibiotics every 4 hours for 10 days. This kept me on track. I highly recommend! Good health to you!

Every drug should have a “note” field where I can write what this drug is for. The Nickname is nice but it shouldn’t be replacing the name the drug in the notification. I should also be able to put in when the prescription started and when it ends, how many pills I have so it can remind me to refill when I’m close to running out. “Current pill supply til Aug 24”

App is great but they need to add ability to schedule meds for a future date. For certain treatments, you find out in advance that you will start a med on a specific date, it would be great to add that to the app in advance!

I just downloaded this app and I am attempting to register with the app on the iPhone but it refused to complete the process. I also tried to send a written feedback on through the app and it also refused to send. As far as I am concerned this app is totally useless.
