Na de update bij Rouvy werkt de app niet meer op mijn MacBook. Heb al verschillende keren een mail gestuurd,maar geen reactie. De app eraf halen en terug opzetten lost ook niks op. Dus zullen we terug overstappen naar Zwift waar alles wel correct gaat 😡

Was looking for an alternative to Zwift, just to switch now and then, but I’ll guess I’ll stick to something that works. I was able to pay my subscription, but not to enter the app or cancel my subscription. The support bot is far from mature, and I receive mails that there are updates on my support request, but I can’t see anything that is added. Well, I guess I just keep paying for nothing, I suppose?

Beautiful app and user interface. Love the use of AR and accompanying ghost rides. Great rides, challenges and events. Love the reaction to user remarks and questions. And the regular addition of new rides. To cut a long story short: great user experience and I just changed my monthly suscription to an annual one.

Second time I tried this app and it’s always something. e.g.: I download a ride of 3GB, and it’s like 7GB / 3GB downloaded (and keeps going). There I am wanting to ride and instead messing with this garbage for a half an hour. On PC the screen keeps locking while the app is playing video. Other apps like Zwift or TrainerRoad don’t do this. Their support is a a big disappointment. Done with this.

I can't pair with Strava, Garmin or Relive. If I want to link third-party apps, I get to a payment page. You first want to know whether you can connect before you purchase a subscription. When I send an email to Rouvy, I get no response. Too bad, because this is nevertheless a nice app that is realistically better than Zwift. I will then have to switch to Zwift or Elite where I can link with other apps.

I tried many apps for virtual cycling and this is really the best and the most beautiful app I tried! After a while, you really begin to think that you are riding your route in reality. There are also a lot of possibilities to adapt the ride or the persons you ride with. So, this has become my app and I enjoy every ride with it!

Rouvy is really the best and unique AR indoor training platform out there. Challenges, Races, workouts, integration with most well-known platforms, etc… These guys have done amazing improvements during last couple of years. If you prefer reality against gaming, this is the place to be. Bring on the Vuelta 2022!

Rouvy is the best cycling app which is closest to the real experience on the road. It really motivates me much more than other apps to get on the trainer. AR makes a huge difference and enables you to also visually enjoy the whole world with great rides. If you believe cycling on a trainer is boring then this is because you haven’t tried Rouvy.

J’ai installé la version 2.8.0 mais cette version cause des problèmes pour l’enregistrement des activités, j’ai fait 4 séances aujourd’hui et aucune n’a été enregistrée donc aucune nouvelles pièces. L’application propose de télécharger à nouveau l’actualité mais cela ne fonctionne pas et affiche un message erreur
