We’ve made it easy for Royal London pension customers to view their savings.
HOW YOU GET STARTED
You’ll need to have at least one individual or workplace pension plan with Royal London. To register you’ll need your plan number, which you can find on your welcome letter or annual statement. As soon as you register you’re ready to see your pension savings and more.
WHAT YOU CAN SEE
• The value of your pension savings.
• Your pension contributions, along with tax relief and employer payments.
• Details of how your pension funds are invested.
• Up-to-date investment performance and growth, charges paid, and any ProfitShare payments awarded.
• Projections of what your pension savings could be worth when you retire.
• Any money you’ve taken out and how long a regular income might last.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add, view, and change your beneficiaries.
• Transfer your other pension pots to Royal London, to keep your pension savings in one place.
• Access helpful tools including State Pension forecast, risk profiler, pension planner and retirement options.
• Read our helpful Financial Wellbeing guides.
• Brush up on your financial knowledge with topical articles.

Having used this app trustingly for over a year I now have to question its accuracy, the payments noted do not reflect payments made from my employer and when raised through the same app, alarmingly no response a week later!!! Is my future pension invested in a safe place I’m not so sure, it may take me several weeks to find out!
Promises a lot but disappointing delivery!
A huge proportion of the functionality is only available via the website so you choose an option and get bounced out of the app. Logging into your pension you can find your current balance but when you try to recalculate future options, the app directs you to a generic list of questions as if it has no knowledge of your pension at all. In comparison to competitors this app is woefully lacking! Such a shame when the products themselves are so good.
Older iPhone can’t update to latest app
It seems that I need iOS 16 to use the app from now on. My iPhone doesn’t support this because it’s an old phone. I’ve even tried accessing my pensions account using the regular website, but it won’t recognise my password. I’ve asked for a new password 4 times but haven’t received any response from RL.
Down again 30/09/24
Down yet again this morning with fault code SEPSPE. Reviewed before on here with no acknowledgment. Very unreliable. Even the App Support link in Apps doesn’t work!
App needs updating.
Since the last update I haven’t been able to see my plan for some reason it’s telling me to phone. The App is needing sorted what’s the point of having the App when you can’t access it.
No longer works
Can’t view plans anymore. Hasn’t worked for weeks. Please sort it out. Looking at the reviews, I’m not the only person who has flagged this recently.
Terrible app
This app works for a few weeks then is unable to show your plan for months on end. It’s been like this for years! Countless phone calls & emails, sometimes they sort it but doesn’t last long before error message again. Rang more than 3 weeks ago & still not back on. Would not recommend this app it’s absolutely pointless! If they don’t listen to customers feedback then what’s the point in wasting hours of your life calling & emailing?
Unable to access pension funds for weeks now!
I cannot access my pension fund via the app or online. Previously worked ok but now all sorts of access problems, blank pages with no fund balances shown so this is very concerning. Have spoken with their it dept but no one has got back to me. This is very poor service from Royal London, if there is issues with the app update then let customers know.
App hasn’t worked for weeks
App has a fault and no one is supporting to fix. Can’t access pension.
