What a great and great discovery to have found this app. It starts with the design: the cover image is beautiful and serene. The app itself is one out of the million; thoughtful, elaborate, uplifting, inspiring. The PairUp is great; u wont feel alone in your battle to healt and happiness. The app is smart, works intuitive and easy. I feel safe to note my thoughts, knowing this platform understands me. I feel strengthened now i use this app. Thank you Recovery Record for this app. You are helping people with eating disorders worldwide.

RR Is a great app! It is helping me a lot. You need some time to personalize the app, but after that you have a great help; not only in recovering from your Eating Disorder, but also in developing both knowledge of yourself and a better self esteem. The app can give you a sign when it is time to eat. After your meal you fill in the form, the questions about your moods and thoughts clarify what tot think and encouraged me to think again: are these thoughts true? Do they help me? After filling in the form RR provides you with encouraging texts and pictures, and when you have filled in an certain amount of forms you receive a song, of a speech. Very, very encouraging! There are other possibilities in the app, such as pair up with other users, connect with your clincian(s), set goals, but I am a dutch lady and I am not very good in English so I do not use all possibilities. I am very happy with this app. I have a better understanding of my thoughts and moods, and the influence they have on me. I can only say: Thank you very, very much people of RR!
