I thought this app was a brilliant idea but it’s pretty pointless as it does it does not work while the phone is locked!

I purchased this app. Gave temporary permission to see my contacts so I could add emergency sms recipients. After I dis allowed access. The app no longer showed the emergency contacts. I do not wish to share the entire contents of my personal phone book to a random app I don’t know. After searching online for reviews on this app, I found no cases of it being useful as yet... I did however find them publishing a users location on their Facebook page as being in alert mode...?!?!! For the apps longevity, I’d suggest a manual input page for emergency contacts as we are all getting rather cynical granting access to faceless app builders. And don’t publicly post people’s location. I will ask Apple for a refund.

I never write reviews, but I came here to warn you- this app will not share your info unless you remove the passcode and Face ID. So you literally cannot lock your phone to use this and it doesn’t tell you until after you pay and set up an account. I was able to do the same thing this does in the Health app that comes preinstalled on your iPhone.

I do not have a lock On my phone but if the app isn’t open it doesn’t check heart rate at all. So you cannot do something else and have it checking. Also it doesn’t send alerts like it claims

Paid money for this only to find out I can't change the BPM where it sends a notification, which seems like a basic no-brainer feature.

The phone unlock requirement is ridiculous. But even aside from that, this app wouldn’t let me set my own limit for heart rate. I have a health issue that is not linked to age, and I need to be able to set a custom range and have the watch start to nag me when I reach the low end of it, then get more insistent as I get closer to the upper end of it.

This app does what it’s supposed too. It gets the job done when the time calls for it. Hopefully the dev keeps improving and keeps it up to date. Thank you for this amazing piece of technology.

Only works part of the time and not at the time you need it!!! Was not refunded and issues not fixed!!! Waste of money!!

I was notified 24 hours later that my heart rate dipped to 38 bpm. Kind of need the alert when it happens.

You cannot change what you want the rate to be for high or low. The high was set way too high for me but since I can’t change it, it defeats the purpose of the app.
