RTA Le Pass

we were visiting from canada and couldn’t use this app without a phone number and therefore couldn’t use it. an email address option would have been nice.

Bus driver is taking a long break, so long, 2 people who were in before me, left … switching drivers I guess

We travelled to New Orleans from a little town in Northern Ontario with no transit system at all. We purchased a seven day Jazzy Pass as we arrived in the city. We rented a house in Algiers Point and rode the ferry daily to the French Quarter and beyond. We took busses to several destinations. Wanted to ride a street car, but due to construction on Canal street, their itinerary was a little skewed. All in all, more than recommend the Jazzy Pass. Thank you for maki our trip easier and cheaper.

Application did not show the accurate route taken by bus 55 on March 9, 2024. The application is not the least bit user friendly. You need a full tutorial to know how to use it. No tutorial is available.

A very rude trolley driver in New Orleans would not allow us onboard her RTA trolley on St Charles as she said we didn’t have the right pass. She refused to discuss our dilemma or assist us in any way, just waved us away and said “Off my trolley”. She didn’t even tell us wr had the option of paying. As visitors to the city we were unfamiliar with the app / trolley system and were left standing on a street corner in New Orleans after having already used the same app on another RTA trolley to get there just a hour before! Apparently, I needed to activate our four passes but the first trolley driver had no issue with the receipt I showed him. A third trolley driver, whom we paid, took the time to explain. the situation, give directions and share a little kindness.

Buses do shortcuts to avoid stops. It happened twice in two days.

Best transportation app I have uses in 15 years ! Developers did a great job

Easy to use, has a wonder tour of New Orleans on the public transit system!

The app is easy to use which is why it got three Stars. The fact that when I have 5 family members to get tickets for I have to do 10 separate transactions to purchase all our tickets there and back.

Please bring back the streetcar/bus tracking feature! That was the main feature I used the app for other than purchasing fares.
