Airport buses are crucial not just for Locals but mostly for Visitors who are not from here. There are no REAL TIME advisory, if we are waiting here for a delayed bus or for NOTHING AT ALL. You guys are such a great waste of people’s time, because there is no consideration for it at all. RTA services NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

To stops are mis marked on the app and there’s no way of knowing because RTA doesn’t even have signs at 80% of the stops on the westbank. So don’t t this app if you’re on the westbank, or if it tells you the buses are running on time.

This app is useless or the drivers aren’t coming when they are suppose to. You will watch a live location and guess what no bus. The streetcar schedule is relatively accurate but this bus thing is raggedy. You will literally stand outside for 30 plus minutes looking dumb and confused for a bus that’s not coming

Mostly for tourists, obnoxious and inaccurate for people who use it daily.

Great use it everyday

I hate everything about this app and this is a representation of stealing from the poor! I Pray for all New Orleans natives who deal with daily disrespect from RTA and JET staff! I demand justice immediately for the unfortunate who cant or wont speak up!!! 0 Stars For LACK OF HUMANITY! I spit on this company!

I came to New Orleans as a visitor (my wife and I come twice a year, I’m from Mobile, AL, and come often), and I thought it would be a great idea to get a Jazzy Pass for my wife and I to take the St Charles streetcar through the Garden District, and stop at some shops and restaurants. Haven’t ridden on a streetcar in years. First ride, the driver got irritated with me because I was not sure how to use my phone and Jazzy Pass, so I fumbled a bit. Next ride, we followed the signs and exited toward the back, but the doors didn’t open, while the front ones did. We hesitated, and finally a nice rider told us we had to push open the doors, which was hard to do, you really have to use some force. Meanwhile the driver was bellowing from the front of the car to push the door open. Then the topper was our third ride. We had just come from Audubon Park where we saw a jogger have a seizure and called 911 and stayed with the guy until the ambulance came (we’re licensed respiratory therapists), and we thought maybe karma was on our side. We joked about what were we going to get yelled at about this time? So we took the Streetcar back toward Canal and it was PACKED. Every seat taken, so we grabbed the few rungs hanging near the front of the car and stood. Next stop, the driver asked everyone to move back, and we hesitated because there was nothing to hold onto in the middle of the aisle of the streetcar, and the cars lunge when they start. Then the driver yelled, “I guess I’m talking to myself!!!”, and I said, “there’s nothing to hold onto”, and he yelled, “There are holes on the corner of each seat you can hold onto!!!” There are these little holes cut in the corner of each seat that you can slip a few fingers into, and make most likely make contact with the people sitting in their seat. I was getting slung around trying to hold myself up with a few fingers. We went a few more stops and I told my wife to get off, that we would walk from Poydras to Canal Street instead of staying one more minute with that driver on that car. Thanks for nothing, a waste of $16. Never again.
