RTC-OnDemand

I love this service. It’s incredibly convenient and hopefully it can be extended to the rest of the city to help alleviate the public transit issues. My one complaint is that the drivers use Apple Maps instead of Google. I have had issues with drivers missing stops because of the inaccuracy of Apple Maps, which tends to tell the user to stop after they have passed the stop. Google Maps has no such issue.

I’m absolutely stoked that I found this service. You can’t beat it for any price, but $2??? AMAZING service, wonderful drivers, SO CONVENIENT!!! Wish I had known about it sooner, so I make sure I tell everyone about it!!! IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING USING IT, PLEASE DO!!! YOU WON’T BE SORRY!!!

tried to schedule a ride from my home to work but the app doesn’t show any available rides.. better off calling to schedule a ride.

Can you guys please expand to the spring valley area in las vegas? i have to walk 40 minutes to school everyday, but if i were to have the rtc on demand, it would make it so much easier, everybody in the area has been asking for you guys to expand. please?

First off… The staff is great! In the beginning, the service was great however, after changing Para Transit riders back to Para Transit after using a slide guinea pigs was not right… We should’ve been grandfathered in for the program… also limiting the service area to certain zones does not make any sense… Jack R.

I don’t have to wait for a long time and I don’t have to spend a lot of money compared to using other ride share transportation. The app is also easy to use for a non techie person.
