Absolutely convenient! Awesome service!

tried to schedule a ride from my home to work but the app doesn’t show any available rides.. better off calling to schedule a ride.

Can you guys please expand to the spring valley area in las vegas? i have to walk 40 minutes to school everyday, but if i were to have the rtc on demand, it would make it so much easier, everybody in the area has been asking for you guys to expand. please?

First off… The staff is great! In the beginning, the service was great however, after changing Para Transit riders back to Para Transit after using a slide guinea pigs was not right… We should’ve been grandfathered in for the program… also limiting the service area to certain zones does not make any sense… Jack R.

I don’t have to wait for a long time and I don’t have to spend a lot of money compared to using other ride share transportation. The app is also easy to use for a non techie person.

It takes me an hour to get to work and home at the end of the day riding the regular bus. I didn’t know anything about the RTC-ONDEMAND!! One of my mama’s work for the RTC and she put me up. I’m so grateful to her. I’m grateful to RTC-ONDEMAND. I get home in 12 to 15 minutes!! I can sleep in and plan after work activities. That hour in the heat drains me but now……😁 RTC-ONDEMAND is a game changer!

I feel so lucky that the service covers the exact area I work and grocery shop. The option to pay with cash upon arrival is a huge convenience.

Here in Laughlin Nevada, with rtc silver rider providing public transportation, this service is unavailable. Unfortunately it will be quite sometime before this is available in my area, even with high demand for infrastructure and services providing mobility.
