• Clear and easily glanceable visuals and audio prompts, including vibrations.

• Heart Rate Zones! (see description below)
• Indoor Mode, no GPS, for treadmill running.
• Sound Mode, for normal, discrete or silent audio prompts on your watch.

• Private data. We don’t send any of your data to a server or share it with anyone.
Session Types:
• Normal Run – Record a normal run, long or short.

Sharing:
From the summary screen, you can share your runs with friends or across social media. Or if you want to share directly with friends or across other social media, you can share a summary image with the details of your run.
Heart Rate Zones: (Apple Watch Only)
Zones are displayed as grouped percentages of your maximum heart rate. Giving you an indication of your current work rate based on your current heart rate. Just enter your maximum workout heart rate into our Settings screen and they will display on your Watch the next time you run.

Great simple app

Works great and simple. All essentials are in, no unneeded stuff. App would be even better if one could import a batch of Interval trainings via excel/csv or something.

Great value

App does exactly what I need, gives good insight into the intervals and only has a one time purchase price. Happy to be able to use an app without all the nonsense subscription fees!

Simple and easy in use

I use this app for a trainingsscheme. It was very simple to put the data into the app. During training there are vibrations and voice notifications, via the Apple watch. Simple but great app.

Does not work in iWatch

I bought the app on my iPhone but when i want to use it on my watch it tells me i need to buy the app on my phone.

Nice app. Easy to make interval exercises. Statics are simple but good enough. Uploading to Strava is super easy.

Exactly what I was looking for

Pro: An interval trainer with Strava sync. Exactly what I was looking for, the sync looks great in Strava to, it shows your intervals. You can look up the times of the intervals in Strava as well. Con: the free version is practically useless. You can’t install warm ups and cooling downs, only a hard and easy interval. Con: the app stops running after the interval, so if you have to run another km or so to get home. It doesn’t save this data. But overall Love the intervals and Strava sync

Goede app
