Ever since an update around April the playback features stop and freeze. Use to be a breeze to see what was going on. Live feed still works. They need an update to fix what was working

The remote app is incredibly useful since we can monitor 24/7

This app fails in comparison to the night owl app. It’s so difficult to stay connected. Can’t keep cameras connected to the nvr sometimes I pull them up and they all 8 will be connected 5 minutes later I check on them again I have 2 connected. If I could trade it for night owl I’d do it 10 times over. But it’s a fair system

Motion notifications use to work but now can’t get any at all for some reason,,,, now it says connecting for hours but never connects,, or it will say offline but everything works at home and all is online but trying to connect with mobile app and doesn’t seem to work at all

Main menu is just flashing on screen while trying to adjust settings on camera. This is not the first problem I’ve had but I was able to resolve others myself. No option to call for help while away from system controlling it from a different location with the mobile app. Junk

Since your last update I can’t playback video Please fix!!!!

I have the cobra cameras from harbor freight and since the update my playback function does not work it states no video file found. Please fix.

?? Dam thang quit working as soon as I go out my door it work fine for months now not why the WiFi the same and my phones local service is on and still not working

Great Never Fails

I have 2 different Cobra systems. A recent update seems to have disabled playback of video recording in this app. Another reviewer noted the same problem. Please update the app or my systems are useless.
