When going into a camera view it loads, shows whats happening there for couple of secs an then starts loading again. Thereafter it just shows offline. Happens everytime!!! Playback on cellphones is very bad and slow even when forwarding at x16. Please address the issues and im sure itll b a great app!!!!

Limited the viewing options with a big blank space taking up 3/4 of the screen in portrait mode with the cameras cramped in at the top!!! (No, I do not want to view it constantly in landscape mode) Very disappointed as this app worked flawlessly before the update!

New update is terrible. Not easy to use at all.

The new design is much much better. Very clean and pleasing on the eye. Functionality wise it has also improved alot, although alarm is set, but doesnt want to trigger when their is movement

Ever since an update around April the playback features stop and freeze. Use to be a breeze to see what was going on. Live feed still works. They need an update to fix what was working

The remote app is incredibly useful since we can monitor 24/7

This app fails in comparison to the night owl app. It’s so difficult to stay connected. Can’t keep cameras connected to the nvr sometimes I pull them up and they all 8 will be connected 5 minutes later I check on them again I have 2 connected. If I could trade it for night owl I’d do it 10 times over. But it’s a fair system
