Decent App & end user experience
As a long time user of Concur, I wasn’t sure how I would like Rydoo. Overall I like it more than I thought I would. Very clean and quick to use. Keep it up Rydoo team!

Uploads fail constantly, not user friendly, using this app feels like getting stuck in bumper to bumper traffic.
I looked far and wide for expense reporting software and thought I had finally picked a winner in Rydoo. Sadly I was wrong, they have incredibly poor customer service. I spent THREE WEEKS waiting for a member of their service team to get back to me. This was for an problem that another agent had already failed to solve. Try Expensify instead.
2020, and I CAN’T sort my receipts by Date, Name, Amount etc. How about adding the invented Search bar!!! Crazy that this was overlooked!!
If you’re considering opening an account with Rydoo, you would be best to look elsewhere. They early renewed my membership for 2 user licenses even though I informed them I was only going to renew one license. They charged me for both and actually refused to even have a conversation over the phone to discuss the situation. Then, after paying for the full year in advance, I requested they turn off auto renewal of my subscription as I would prefer to pay manually at the time. I’m then informed they could do this but would then change my account to read only access. This means I would no longer be able to enter new expenses. So let me get this straight, I’ve paid you for a service a year in advance and because I don’t want to give you free reign over my credit card, you remove the basic features of your service? How is this not illegal? I’ve paid in full. I’m all for software as a service but this company provides no service at all and then thinks they own the rights to your credit card. If you can’t provide a service to your full paying customers why should anyone use your service?
In modern times like now, I just can’t believe that the app doesn’t allow me to search anything. If I need to find receipts from costco last week, I got to scroll all the way down. So sad
Since last update will not open at all on my iPhone. Before that loved the app, now it’s useless.
Submitted expenses and have been uploading for over a month now. I have logged out, shut down... turned back on and logged back in but expenses still uploading!
Crashes
I have tried various types of expense tracking programs. I feel this is one of the best! OCR is 100% accurate. There is excellent flexibility for fields/categories. Pricing is very cheap compared to what you get. And the expenses automatically appear on-line. I would highly recommend this program to someone who wants to keep track of expenses, with very little work involved.
