Rydoo

Why does the app get stuck on the logo screen? Very annoying, as now it’s unusable and I can’t approve or create expenses without going to the we page!!

Unfortunately the app is stuck on the loading screen (with the Rydoo logo) on my iPhone SE 3rd generation (iOS 16.3.1)

Just not well built - multiple bugs.

Rydoo is a real headache. So flawed. Avoid it if you can. Wish the company I work for would of kept the old fashioned monthly expenses. Far far less hassle than this rubbish and it worked. This just gives you threats that your company card will be frozen if you do not do x y z. So you log into the web page because the app cannot do it eg useless. Then it just says all good and doesn’t say it isn’t all good do x y z to make all good. If you can try and avoid Rydoo all together! It will just add or double your daily stress level and make you poorly.

Excellent work, Rydoo team! Slight issue is that I can’t change my check in date for accommodation to the future. Other than that, perfect!

The simplest and most efficient expenses system I have ever used. Whether I’m logging my own claims or signing off those of my team, it’s a breeze. I can use my phone or laptop and I get email updates on the go. Really impressed and would definitely recommend this app.

Having done expenses for years, it’s usually a chore, I’ve joined a business using Rydoo and I’m astounded at how easy it is No more sending receipts to your email or keeping copies and having to add to a a webpage Super simple - snap the receipt enter 1 or 2 lines and it’s done A fantastic - user friendly and productive app - well done

This App drives me potty as it’s so clunky! There is always a glitch or something not working properly. I would also love to have a favourites tab to store work or home address as my start point is always from either of those yet, I have to type them in almost every time I need to claim as it never saves! 🤦‍♀️

Use this app daily for work. Following the latest update I have to take the photo and wait for it to process before I can select my project number etc. Much more time consuming than the old way of take the picture. Add my details and then upload and the processing was done.

App seems to have some form of dementia, registering is required every day as the app forgets who you are. Also the functionality of seeing the total amount of funds approved pending is not available on the app.
