Good for setting routines. Easy to follow

The hardware is easy to install and of great quality. Alas the weakness of Ryse is its software. Oftentimes one or two of my three SmartShade blinds don’t react when an Home Automation event occurs. I have to reselect the same scene several times to have all the blinds cooperate. And as I’m writing this, one of the SmartShades has just disappeared from the Ryse app, while the other ones still work fine via SmartBridge. Pretty disappointing.

I have 6 axis gears, and some the last update the app just crashes every time I try to access them

I own many Axis Gear units. With the updated app, anytime a blind is down either partially or fully, when I use the app to raise the blind, the app always indicates that the blind is fully open. The app does not remember or know the actual setting of the blinds. Can this be fixed please? Thanks

Stuck on loading screen. Where is your timeout error ?

This app was decent for a new product, I can appreciate the complexity of connecting hardware to software. For some reason, the app is now very slow to start. The app will open, but all the actions and status will tale 4-5-6 seconds to load. It’s very long to simply open and close blinds…. Please fix it, and I will update my review

Super easy to install. Simple app works like a dimable light app.

so I basically accepted to live with the chainsaw sound every time this thing comes on however after the iphone Update it’s constantly asking me to “ALLOW PASTE” …. Fix this it’s annoying
