I deleted the app before due to your close down , then I noticed safeboda is back and have been trying to sign in back , I didn’t get and verification code , have been trying for hours now , what wrong

No enough riders, it’s best you order when you’re not in a hurry.

I think I’ll rather delete this app because out of all the reviews I’ve read, you guys only reply to positive reviews. Why won’t your app and riders be fraudulent? This is bad

SafeBoda is very unreliable and fraudulent. When you need a ride you never get any after so much nonsense talk from them. It’s most annoying when after a short ride, you find out you have to it over the estimated cost on the app. Stop calling to apologize about your shortcomings, fix them!

Safeboda nah better SaaS! Been helping my life😅since I got back to Oyo state and they keep getting better. Kudos to you guys!

I keep deleting and downloading the app! I am in nigeria yet it registers me under Uganda. Ver Tg frustrating

First time I ordered Bike from your company. The driver didn’t say much,but because he was aware that I didn’t know the exact place I was going to. He overcharged me. When I checked the app,it was showing #250 from Ojoor to bashorun. When we got to Bashorun. He collected #450. I was showing him the app and he kept on saying his money is #450 . I was so angry and said I was going to delete the app,but I forgot and just let it be. Then one day I wanted to go to Sango inside one area called Agbaje (not sure of the spelling)and someone pleaded that I should take Safe Boda. I agreed and the Man was actually very Nice and friendly. The app was showing #600 at the end of the trip and that was exactly what he collected . He even made sure I got in safely and even taught me how to use the app. You guys have good drivers and also bad ones. And it is your duty to fish out the bad ones because they are bad for business.
