So many variations of different clothing!

This app is horrible, its sad Saks sells high end items and some only online yet they cant spend decent money to get their app properly programmed, some problems are: Constantly crashing, non stop freezing, buttons work 10% of the time, its horrible to shop on, go download Simons and shop better sales

I can’t buy anything. I have the most recent download. And when I select checkout, it’s a blank screen.

I updated the app months ago and couldn’t use it ever since. It’s way to slow it takes forever to load.

Worst app, customer service, sales associates and company in fashion industry. I used to shop ONLY at saks but now it’s the ONLY place that I never shop at!

Can’t add anything to bag/save since new update pls fix this

I will newer buy stuff from saks because websites or app unprofessional awful slow I don’t know what to say it really bad slow and I will keep my nerves far from this store

App a little slow

Your sight was down yesterday when my shopping bag was full. Today it is working but I was only able to get 3/8 items. Disappointing as I have been a loyal online Saks shopper.

Whenever I open the App it says it needs to be updated. What a pain.
