Can’t find where my favorites are located. I’ve clicked everywhere in the app. So, I’ve been using “recent orders” to re-order previous meals. Speaking of “recent orders”, it did me wrong today when it left off the salmon that was in my last order 1 month ago. Had to buy the salmon at the restaurant.

No grapes. No walnuts. WTH?

App is decent aside from the update of you including a tip. This is getting out of control, tips for online orders in a fast food eatery is ridiculous.

Best salad I’ve ever had hands down!

This app is slow. It’s not user-friendly. It’s not intuitive and outright friction to the purchasing process. Please model after Chipotle and take a few tips for how abs are supposed to be created to make ordering food over as seamless as possible.

But I won’t get a refund for an order I placed on accident and they gave away just because and it was the only savings I had for my lunch.

It is easy to use and the nutrition information is great , but why can’t I TRACK my order?

What’s the point if I can’t get through step 2?

I am not able to launch the app on my iPhone 15 pro running iOS 18

To reorder on the app is easy EXCEPT if the restaurant happens to be out of one item, then you have to start a new order. There should be an option to edit the previous order without having to start over.
