App is not letting me sign in still even with the new update

App never remembers my login credentials, FaceID always resets, and some menu items lead to dead ends. App looks like something from 2010.

The login seems to have a mind of its own. It will often give errors saying it cannot validate my information. It seems to only happen later at night and early in the morning. I am switching banks due to how horrible and unstable this app is.

App login works at it’s own will , please fix it soon

This app is old and outdated. I hate the fact they make you change your password so often and keep the double factor check as if logging in 3 times wasn’t already enough. It also doesn’t even have the transaction history to view on a savings account! And now I get error codes almost every time I sign in!

I have been going to this bank for quiet some time now and never had any complaints. I would suggest this bank company to anyone

More like Stone-Age 5 bank. They just aren’t adjusting to the new day. They don’t really care about you as a customer. I had to close my account over some bogus charges I saw on my account and they didn’t even care to help, just disconnected the chat on me. Forced me to close my acct after 10 years.

I cannot see my transactions anymore. Says to call? Like how is this a bank with a nonfunctional app? I have to keep going to the website which is inconvenient. It’s been 2 weeks of this!😒 They have the money (our money) fix it! 🤬
