This app never works. So frustrating. It worked once for me in all the time I have had it. This is really bad since it limits what you can do with your fridge, in terms of uploading photos, etc. Essentially rendering some of the fridges functionality unusable. Which is a disgrace considering the price of the fridge... obviously no investment in the app/software. Get your act together Samsung!

Slow, apps offered not updated for country of user.seems that the app version is not reflection on latest Samsung system update on appliance!

Phone verification is not working (this is global problem). No text is send to my phone, I’m unable to continue. Application in rubbish.

I downloaded the app but 80% the app doesn’t even launch. When it launches, when trying to signing in the app closes suddenly.

The refrigerator doesn’t have a profile screen on the settings page and I can’t connect as described by the app

Unable to sign in with the SmartThings credentials. Always wants me to login No integration with other Samsung apps

None of my lists are updated even though it automatically signed in to my account when I downloaded the app.

Seriously, what went wrong? How can a company be on top of the world and literally collapse and any and everything… it doesn’t matter which product, they’re all junk now, full of bugs, zero innovation, horrible UX, shove advertisements down your throat, and cheaply made. It’s sad as I used to be an extremely loyal consumer, but I’ve purchased my last Samsung product ever. I wish you the best.

It’s hard to imagine a more poorly designed or implemented connection from your fridge to your smart device, it’s literally so complex it’s not even worth it, everybody who worked on this should be fired.

Won't connect to server is the constant message. Useless
