Samsung Smart Washer

Removed all smart controls from the app and ‘migrated’ to new app. Here’s the killer, they dropped support for my washer during the move. Surprise surprise. You know what their support said? But a new washer 🙃

Useless waste of time - it won’t even cone t to my phone!

Registration fiddly, login is a hassle, app can’t find server... and it’s meant to make your life easier! Life is too short to keep faffing about, just deleted the app.

Don’t bother. Doesn’t work.

I bought washing machine download app and he can’t connect to machine. Samsung sound like shajzung

February 2019, had machine 5 days. App does not recognise the product. No helpful answers or ability to manually install machine data. I will have to remove it, and rely on old fashioned telephone support. Clearly has not received proper testing at end user point.

Poorly conceived app, terribly executed. The entire process is difficult and unintuitive yielding basically no benefits in practice

Bought a top of the line washer drier, and it’s not supported.

I have an IT background and have tried everything but the APP will not sync with the machine and I have better things to do than waste more time trying vs the value of having it! I can get part of the code up but it does not show the letters :AP
