Unfortunately, for Santander, both banking and technology have moved forward. I could accept this, in light of this apps technological challenges, however return (however sweet it may be) to the forefront of technology of year 2000 in 2020 seems grossly inadequate, above all insulting, to what is accepted as good user experience - in terms of 2002 standards (intentional positioning of year numbers). So while it is an app that connects banking to, in my case my business, it sadly lacking in being useful but it does a good job of reminding us what banking could have been like in communist ruled times. For reference: payment entered on a day that a basket is made (fans of baskets will be disappointed) cannot be limited to be default to that day because it is very cumbersome to reenter the payment again the next day....

I liked the app when it was fast and lightweight, now it takes more than 500MB of phone storage, has some unnecessary wallpapers and animations why? It’s mobile bank app!

Coś się popsuło w aplikacji, po każdym logowaniu nic nie widać na ekranie oprócz opcji dostosuj ekran.

Aplikacja po metamorfozie jest tragiczna! Zero intuicyjności i wygody w użytkowaniu.

Niewiem jakim cudem ta aplikacja ma tak wysoko notę. Jak popatrzysz na oceny w ciągu ostatnich dwóch lat to widać same niskie. Niewiem kto ją projektował ale to jest idealny przykład jak nie robić aplikacji bankowej bo można wszystko w niej zepsuć. Od wyglądu przez intuicyjność. Wykonywanie przelewu to cyrk intuicyjności. Ekran główny (3 opcje do wyboru) każda jest beznadziejna. Polecam popatrzeć u konkurencji (PKO BP, Pekao SA, ING, nawet Alior ma lepszą …). Wstyd

Aplikacja działa tylko usługi już nie, typu płacenie za parking i bilety w aplikacji bardzo duży minus.
