Genialne. Bank zaktualizował aplikację, teraz jest po prostu okropna, nic nie jest intuicyjnie jasne, stale się zawiesza, ciągle o czymś myśli. Żeby zrobić zwykły przelew ucieka więcej czasu jak kiedyś. Świetna robota Santanderze. 👏 Nie polecam

AFAIK, this is a huge bank and it should support fully the English language or at least a button to translate polish to English in the notifications and other areas. But it is not!

What’s used to take mere seconds (login, getting BLIK code) now takes minutes, or worse - fails completely. While I am treated to floating red dots on a panoramic background… c’mon, at least don’t make things WORSE!!!

Something is always not working, just save yourself the trouble and find another bank.

It is hard to describe the level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by everyone at Santader. Anna G who works as the senior premium advisor helped me through every step, she did her best at explaining how to use the santader app, she was willing to wait for me because I had to get my new sim card, etc. You are highly appreciated Anna.

Santander bank has excellent customer service including Infolinia which works late hours and is always very helpful
