SARS Mobile eFiling

The App has potential but it is worse than the parent SARS website - server is super slow, most of the potentially well labelled form access becomes irrelevant because of connectivity issues. Help is needed!

I have used the app previously and have not had any issues, but this time around The app keeps crashing as I login in😟

I have my personal and business accounts under one username, the app refused me access - no business functionality. It would be better to allow access, but only provide the functions for individuals within that profile.

This had no reviews so I tried it because I wasn't getting a chance to sit at my pc at home and my Internet is blocked at work-downloaded the app, followed the instructions and managed to do my return on my iPhone 5 with ease. Will use it again next year aswell.

This app is a good start but it won't file the return with a second car which ends up being messy. Had to resubmit and eventually went to website. You also can't submit docs SARS ask for eg log book. I couldn't get anything in the inbox to load

Everytime when I'm trying to log in, I get an error message saying " Internal server error occurred , try again later" . This app is not optimized, it's totally non-functional.

Only one gripe is that the graphics are completely unoptimized. The juddery scrolling action is not what I expect on my ipad 3. Perhaps a review of this is possible? Otherwise app is perfect and easy to use, no problems at all!

Good idea and good effort - requires some fine tuning in terms of selecting items/menu's. Sure with the next update a lot of these minor bugs will be fixed.

At first I thought to myself, a SARS app? How would this work and how user friendly could they possibly make it. Turns out its SUPER easy to use and ultra user friendly. I actually submitted my return while taking a ride on the Gautrain. Well done to the development team!!!
