I am struggling to login been a month i m using all my right details but they not sending OTP yeses i email to them but staff who works for this bank it’s totally totally useless I wish i give them f*****g zero zero star😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬

After it updating it the app won’t let me enter anymore claiming I’m using a jailbroken device

It has been more than 18 months and still no business / linked account capabilities in the app... Will it ever be released?

It would be even better if you have the same features on IOS(apple)as you do on Android , ie . Make it possible to switch between accounts, when using the app.

Just been to my 2nd kiosk now and it’s also not working. So, I find myself driving around Johannesburg for basic banking needs. This is becoming silly now. It was worth a try, but just another poor customer experience like FNB who I’m looking to leave.

I want to close off my account with Tyme Bank but I can’t get hold of the young lady I met at PicknPay who assisted me with opening the account. She said that, there were no bank charges. I opened the bank with a balance of R600 and I have never used it but I now owe the bank R6. Frustrated Customer

For months I have been trying to get people to deposit cash to my account but there is no “cash option “ to enable me to generate a deposit code compared to the old app😐 Can’t even access my business account similar to old app

Please make it possible to delete beneficiaries 😩
