This app is close to perfect to learning Japanese. I’m not one to spend on not essential subscriptions, but this one I am very happy to support. Comprehensible input is the best way to built up your vocabulary, and this app is a game changer. One thing that could be added to would have a huge value: being able to add a Kanji as « known » very easily with a button so that furigana doesn’t show up automatically. Thank you for this app. My friend that has been learning Japanese for 5 years loved it too.

I’m beginning the first stories and I’m amazed how every functionnality needed has been added. Every word is translated, explained, with and without content, with the corresponding form. Even the quizz is extremely well thought. A tremendous work ! Thank you for your hard work, you can be sure you are contributing to a better Japanese learning progress.

This app speeds up my learning of Japanese by 5 or 6 times I think. The cost that I pay each month to use the full application is ridiculously low given what it brings me. Audio sentences, manually translated with great care in giving every word it’s right definition, while giving precious explanations on more difficult stuff. And the app contains stories, that make the learning enjoyable. Plus the staff answer extremely quickly to any questions you might have. This app is a huge win

The almost-perfect app to build vocabulary, grammar, but also learning real Japanese expressions. A good complement for Wanikani. I wish this was available for anime… or other original videos.

I LOVE Satori reader. The progress I made using this app are the most visible in my Japanese journey. The stories are interesting and the level is very accurate. The study list tool is super useful and helps a lot. Three things I would love : - to be able to listen to a whole story (podcast style) when I read all the episodes, just to go back on it without having to hit the « next episode » button - more explanations on which kanjis are used for words in the study list tool (like for this word, it’s this and that kanji, helpful to remember and understand more) - an « audio-reading » of the words on your list, like for exemple I can do the dishes while listening to the words on my active lists, with or without the translation in English attached to it. Like « - japanese word, a few seconds of nothing so i can think of the word - English translation or not - next japanese word… » etc. Great App !

Great app. I enjoy listening and reading to the stories. Being able to touch a word in order to have a translation is great. Sometimes very useful explanations are added. The contents are great, but the interface lacks some shortcuts. A “resume” button would be very helpful on the main page, so that I can quickly resume my book where I left it. A “complete” button at the bottom of each story would also be helpful, in order or avoid messing with the parameters menu. The price is very expensive though, it hurts to subscribe.

Very good app for reading and listening to first full japanese content. i would recommend to try this app when you have a good amount of vocabulary (like wanikani level 10) and grammar bricks (start of N4). This app will guide you smoothly through the difficult phase of diving in your first japanese content.

I discovered this app thanks to a youtuber and it seems to work and it seems kinda great to me! But... Problem is I created an account but I can’t sign in, no matter how many times I changed my password :/
