Dear Team IPad app has instances of perpetual processing login credentials when trying to login after passing credentials. So you have to quit app and try login again. It occurs on a regular basis. Thanks

To be honest maybe you guys should look at how easy it is to place trades and limits and stop losses with Ninja…. That would be amazing Ninja connects much quicker and easier… overall smoother transactions. Can also see exactly for each trade in and out price and profit loss for each trade

I am using Saco Pro platform desktop and also SAXO GO mobile app for 3 years. Everything is at fingertips available any time of the day. And with the recent fees reduction SAXO is really perfect for me. Trading US market high quality stocks, selling options, using forex to hedge and having multiple currency accounts too. One place shown in simple logical terms.

Saxo trading platform is a old sloppy system that is designed to ensure the trader has no advantage. In trading It lacks ease of position control it has basic functions wich are totally outdated I use this soft at a very expensive price having to operate in these high speed technological age with a program Wich gives all the advantage to the bucket shop operator who always trades against me

I wanted to do a trade this morning when without warning the app asked me to change my password. Not being at home and normally using face recognition to log in I did not know my original password. As a result I could not trade.

Useless change to make trading more and more difficult. The worst experience ever.

Just needs ability to place/modify stops/limits in chart and trend line alerts

Done everything to try and withdraw from this and cannot. They even rejected my application for registration of my accounts details

Each morning when I look at the daily chart the data does not update and does not provide the latest daily candle. It only shows the previous days price action and does not obviously show the morning close…eg AUS SPI 200 & the associated CFD… I have requested on multiple occasions for this to be looked at but still nothing has happened… Quite disappointing to say the least…!!!
