App is down when I need it the most!

I sold my shares but can’t transfer my money or use it for more than a day already.

Shows important portfolio details in one view, easy to input trades. Has all the functions that I need. Good improvement from a year ago.

It is not working now. Unable to log in and view my trades or transfer money. The face recognition suddenly stopped working months ago also. Please do repair it.

This app is a classic example of upgrading to kill an average app, pathetic UX. Even to do a simple transaction I have to go back to check the price and quantity that I own, not sure if someone even tested from user’s perspective. Face ID login also doesn’t work. Worst app.

Platform is down and there is no hotline to reach out

The app worked for few days after the big update and then just can’t login.

Nice overhaul of UI. Consider updating app icon as well. The update broke iOS auto opt fill up.

What’s the point of an update if it’s for the worse ? My past transactions are not even sorted out by date.. no overall PL. this app is getting from bad to worse ! Also why the need to key in OTP manually ? The scb banking app can just use Face ID but not the trading app ? Pls go rethink the app or just bring the old version. The team behind this new app should just all get replaced ! Including the consultants pls..
