It is not working now. Unable to log in and view my trades or transfer money. The face recognition suddenly stopped working months ago also. Please do repair it.

This app is a classic example of upgrading to kill an average app, pathetic UX. Even to do a simple transaction I have to go back to check the price and quantity that I own, not sure if someone even tested from user’s perspective. Face ID login also doesn’t work. Worst app.

The app worked for few days after the big update and then just can’t login.

Nice overhaul of UI. Consider updating app icon as well. The update broke iOS auto opt fill up.

What’s the point of an update if it’s for the worse ? My past transactions are not even sorted out by date.. no overall PL. this app is getting from bad to worse ! Also why the need to key in OTP manually ? The scb banking app can just use Face ID but not the trading app ? Pls go rethink the app or just bring the old version. The team behind this new app should just all get replaced ! Including the consultants pls..

Interface looks pretty but difficult to get to key data points. Just feels impossible to get summaries or a quick overview of your holdings (everything’s collapsed); and you can’t paste the OTP, which just makes me never want to sign in. I suppose the good thing is I use it a fraction of the time I used to so a lot less impulse trading.

- Need option to give feedback to the bank ☹️ - Need option to export transactions and positions to csv/xls file, specially in the desktop app - Pervious version did not require manual keyin on OPT. This version is going backwards! The new interface is nice and clean.

what a silly change! investors will care about platform capability to transact, quick portfolio overview and at times make reference to research. if you’re going to make a change but you don’t know what your users want, don’t make a new one. Good luck now
