Scaniverse - 3D Scanner

I literally used this app for a minute or two and I immediately was shocked by the quality of the 3d scans. Not only did it make a very accurate and clean model, but it kept the texture with amazing results. I’m impressed!

Love the export options and scanning to obj I can import the middles into hitfilm and blender for video editing

On iPhone 11 I’m getting quite a few crashes when I try to process a larger splat. Very irritating because it takes so much time to render in the first place and then it crashes when I hit save and all the work is lost.

I looked at a few different software apps that do the same thing and they wanted a lot of money and they wanted you to pay right away without even being able to try it first this app is free and it doesn’t incredible job. The first couple scans I did came out kind of rough but after playing around with the software, I’m getting some really exceptional 3-D scans. I even made an avatar out of my wife who is very patient with me. I never expected the software works so good for something that’s free. Excellent product.

The Splat mode of this app is the best when one wants to make a 3-d object scan with a credible background or setting. It is really good, and free!

Bravo !! Update: Still phenomenal, splats are so so so crazy good! I can’t wait until you can rotate, AR view, and export a splat scan just like a mesh scan; keep up the important work!

I lov if but there is. Few small issues but overall great app no adds no sign in an easy to use

Somehow it works without a LiDAR with workable results. Made some pretty scans with it. Gotta practice for the beauty shots though
