Paid for premium pass but app don’t recognise it
I’ve paid for one year premium pass, but app doesn’t recognise it. When I start the app, can not scan anything. Get message ‘start trial and get premium’, which I already did...
Verplicht maandelijks abonnement :-(
In de app alleen de keuze om maandelijks of jaarlijks aan abonnement af te sluiten, terwijl er ook wekelijkse abonnementen af te sluiten zijn via Itunes account.
Niet gratis dus!!
Helaas klopt de aankondiging van “gratis” scannen niet! Trap er dus niet in!!
App works great however
The app works great, however I purchased the one year premium pass and now after 6 months it suddenly says I have to renew the subscription for another year?! I’m not sure what is going wrong and if it means I will be charged double even though I already paid until October 2020. I couldn’t find a place to resolve the issue online so that’s why I’m reaching out here. If resolved my 4 star review will stand and all is good as it was! Please help me figure this out!

I cant find the settings in this app where I should be able to unselect auto renewal during my free trial. Anyone who can help me out?
