Not happy
Had nice credit limit. Used for vacation snd large purchase once then making payments. Made a large payment and they lowered my limit to just above what was due for no reason.
Bank acct info
Frustrating that this only holds one bank account. We have added another bank account numerous times and it still will remove one of them by the time we log in again.

LOVE SCHEELS. Love the Scheels Visa. I have earned a few Reward Cards from using it. Thank you Scheels.
Skipped Nov payment by your system
Called customer service and got only excuses and she was very unhelpful . I feel that nothing got resolved
Rewards
Scheels card makes it quite difficult to get to your gift cards and to use them.
Won’t Log In
Ever since I’ve updated to iOS 18, the app won’t let me login. Every attempt I’ve made the password disappears as soon as you press the login button and it tells you incorrect information.

Make payments easy
Online payment does not work
App wouldn't allow me to make my payment online and so now I'm being charged a late fee. So frustrating i love the scheels gift cards but might have to go a different route.
Interest rates
The interest rate is not worth having the card for the minimal amount of in store only points.
