I’m cautiously optimistic that they’ve fixed some of the bugs. The app now remembers my login and it also displays correctly and sends notifications. Well done devs.

A pop up keeps appearing to update the app but going to the App Store the app is up to date I am unable to read school messages or sign my child up to events which means we miss out on important social events and we’re unable to get tickets to a school play

Works on iPhone max now

Keeps asking me to set a passcode and then says passcodes don’t match when they clearly do- totally fed up with it now. It must be cheap for the schools as parents would never chose to use such a terrible app

Sorry to say but the last few releases of this app has made the notifications to stop working which is annoying when school sending messages out and the layout on iPhone 16 pro max the ‘close x’ is too close to ‘os date’ so won’t work - you have to turn phone landscape to close messages which isn’t great

The app hasn’t been configured to the new iPhones/updates. I have an iPhone 16 and app doesn’t fit the screen so I am unable to submit answers and return to Home Screen

The latest platform updates are now incompatible with this version which has not been updated. Login is near-impossible, forcing you to rotate the screen sideways to find the one pixel that lets you enter your school. Login is no longer preserved unless you enter a PIN but you cannot set a PIN as it consistently claims that the numbers do not match when you reconfirm. Unacceptable.

It seems that the app isn’t fully supported by Apple iPhone 16pro max. It doesn’t fit the screen so I have to turn the phone to get the menu, but then turn the phone back again to portrait to look at all menu options. I cannot send a ping unless it’s turned to landscape. When I am not using the app it logs me out automatically so I do not receive pings unless they go through my work email which not all do. I need it logged in all the time with the inactivity code set up. Very frustrating. I have tried to report the problem but that is impossible as it gets stuck at a certain point so I cannot even speak to anyone about it. I need to be able to send pings quickly and efficiently, from my phone without having to boot up my laptop - particularly if it’s a last minute reminder. Having to find my school, then log in fully each time is very inconvenient and fussy, then having to tilt my phone back and forth to access all features and be able to send!! Just useless!!

When you get a message on the app it’s not compatible because you can’t even close the message now without exiting the app. I have emailed several months ago to alert the company and still NOTHING

App has always been rubbish but recently upgraded my phone and now it hardly works at all 1. Won’t keep me signed in 2. Refuses to believe the inactivity passcodes I’m inputting are the same 3. Once eventually signed in (despite multiple glitches during this process) if I open a message the format the app is set to will then not let me code selected message 4. Because I then have to close the App I’m signed out and have to start the process again And before you suggest it the app is up to date!
