Quite easy menu, grate translations to any language, valuable &proper integrations with google services, amazing support for any unclear issues that can happened. Strongly recommended for parents use. BTW to developers: is there any student app in portfolio with interoperability to classTag?

Amazing support and easy to use app. Love it 😍 I have been teaching 3rd grade for 10 years and have been afraid to start using any apps to communicate with parents. Last year I had a lot of ESL families and got into ClassTag. Their support team is absolutely amazing. Every time I had a question even on the weekend they helped me right away. The app itself is so easy to use. I got very comfortable with it after a few weeks. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve communication with parents!

Too complicated, make it more simple or do a tutorial.

Please we need to get the regular text messages

Last year it was so easy to log on. Now I can’t even reset my password. It shows I have a registered account but I never received an email to reset/recover. I reached out to my school so hope tech support there can help. But I submitted a ticket directly to school status to reset my password for me and they sent me a message back saying the received my message and they’ll contact me in a couple of days to see if it is working correctly.. well it’s NOT working to begin with. Why not just make the change then send me an email.

This app is not great. It is very buggy. It doesn’t refresh on its own. I haven’t had a great experience.

This app is easy to use and once u sign up everything else is done for you which made it a lot easier exspcially when u have kids of all ages , gives u information on all ur kids even if they are on different schools. Also u have everything right at ur finger tips . You don’t have to go into a bunch of different apps to find out one thing and I like that , when u don’t have time to mess with all kinds of passwords . I get alerts on everything that is important exspcially if there’s a half day. So far I haven’t run into any issues, keep up the good work !!!
