Scope Cinemas - Buy Tickets

This app steals your credit/debit card details. Funds have been taken from my account.

Cannot make any changes to a booking. Moreover I booked tickets for Avengers: Endgame a month early and Later after a few days I received a message from scope saying that the seats I booked and paid for were already booked and they changed my seats to a different screen without even asking or telling us. I tried to contact them regarding the issue but they weren’t able to help in anyway. Why have an app if you cannot provide any customer service. The hotline isn’t helpful at all either.

Be warned if you're purchasing your movie tickets through Scope. They offer no customer support whatsoever. In fact you can't make even make changes to a booking you just made for any reason. I honestly don't even know why they have a customer care hotlime in the first place if they offer any help at all. Doesn't even come close to the caliber of online movie booking apps in other countries. Why the heck would I wanna buy tickets online if it only makes things inconvenient and restrictive. I'd much rather purchase my tickets at the theater. This is just a nice UI with abysmal service.
