Scope Cinemas - Buy Tickets

The application doesn’t have the option to remove the old card and when I try to make reservation by adding a new card. It says payment declined. (Doesn’t work for any of my cards, Visa/Amex)

I am having trouble using Visa cards to book movies through the app. Additionally, I can't log in once I've logged out. It's frustrating that the app doesn't fulfill its main purpose, which is to help moviegoers book tickets with ease.

Says payment declined. I tried several cards. Doesn’t work. Please fix ASAP.

Recently payment doesn’t proceed through APP. When done through website it works. Pls fix. Also, cannot remove or modify already saved cards.

Very bad experience time wasting can’t make booking

The app used to be really good and ease of access. But now the app payment gateway not working properly somehow. have to go to their website and do the show bookings. And their app and website is not even synced. Username, emails created under the same account. App purchase data are not syncing to the web portal account. Their web and app are separate portals.

Would be great to have a feature to remove cards that are not in use anymore

They had a pleasant and friendly service.i really liked their sound system in theaters.well maintained From the staff service they making us to feel it like home

App is friendly for ios. I feel this is the best Cinema app in Sri Lanka. We can order foods with the tickets also. They have very good latest technology such as Dolby Atmos with 64 Channels. ♥️♥️♥️
