Found Scotsdale at Shefford about 40 miles from us but we went there for a change . My daughter is wheelchair bound but a great idea in cafe so you can reserve and go and get food and drinks . Wonderful place to shop it has everything you need for house and garden . Love all the lights . Good loyalty card . Disabled toilet quite small if the carer has to get in to help . But that was the only issue . Love love love

Came to Scottsdale's at Shelford today & must comment on the friendly cashier it was one of those “I have picked the wrong queue “moments as the cashier had a couple of questioning customers in front. She then served us with such a friendly attitude & helped me to find my loyalty card scan on my phone thank you to the lady with the longest hair platt. You made us smile
I recently bought a number of items online but the purchase was not added to my account and therefore I didn’t receive any points associated with my purchase. I am not sure if this is usual but it would put me off ordering this way in future.
Great card but only shows points but does not give you a value
I want to thank the cafe staff for their patience when we came in on 27 June. My grandson, who is on the autism spectrum got very upset, which is unusual as he loves coming to Scotsdales, particularly the cafe, the staff, particularly the lady who came over with a picture and crayons were so kind and understanding
Today I brought a egg chair from the Fordham branch and the service I received was excellent from Linda on the check out. She couldn’t be more helpful, I would also would like to mention Lee who put himself out to deliver it for me thank you for all your help. E Davison
