Seems buggy and button to add to apple wallet doesn’t work

Much more useful than a physical card however the link to add my card into my Apple Wallet doesn’t work. Since the last app update was a year ago, perhaps something to do with iOS 18?

Can’t add the scan code to Apple Wallet because, it states: the code is not valid.

Found Scotsdale at Shefford about 40 miles from us but we went there for a change . My daughter is wheelchair bound but a great idea in cafe so you can reserve and go and get food and drinks . Wonderful place to shop it has everything you need for house and garden . Love all the lights . Good loyalty card . Disabled toilet quite small if the carer has to get in to help . But that was the only issue . Love love love

I am trying to find what lawnmowers are sold at Scotsdales Shelford, but all I get are lawn products, NOT lawnmowers!

Been coming to Scotsdales since it opened, with all of my family; love it! Such special memories!

Every single time I use the app, it refuses my password. Have re set password, and it works online- app. Nope. Hopeless.

Came to Scottsdale's at Shelford today & must comment on the friendly cashier it was one of those “I have picked the wrong queue “moments as the cashier had a couple of questioning customers in front. She then served us with such a friendly attitude & helped me to find my loyalty card scan on my phone thank you to the lady with the longest hair platt. You made us smile

I recently bought a number of items online but the purchase was not added to my account and therefore I didn’t receive any points associated with my purchase. I am not sure if this is usual but it would put me off ordering this way in future.
