- Download the free SeatBoost app
- Starting 24 hours before your flight's departure, check if your flight is eligible by retrieving your booking in the SeatBoost app
- Join the live auction for your desired cabin and bid for an upgrade or purchase an upgrade right away
- You can bid for yourself as well as for your traveling companions
- You pay only if you win
- Winners receive their upgrade and new boarding pass automatically at the end of the auction

The assigned seat was terrible, I do not recommend it.
Can’t trust the app
Won an auction, they charged me for the seats, but the airline didn’t upgraded me… I ended up without my money and a problem… not a good experience

Absolute scam - do not use
Three successive times the app reports a “technical issue” at the end of an auction. So, don’t waste your time - it’s either buggy or a scam. Zero stars. Avoid.
Scam!
We were a group of 4 traveling, no seats after the auctioned ended in Business or Premium. No winners, no thank you, waste of time.
